As a direct vendor for Walgreens, a leading U.S. pharmacy chain, we have developed Walgreens’ private label (PB) products and handled delivery to distribution centers nationwide. Our extensive experience in U.S. business regulations and legal requirements extends beyond Walgreens to collaborations with Whole Foods Market, Ulta Beauty, and Sally Beauty, for which we have developed around 300 products in total. Since developing products for major U.S. distributors requires compliance with regulations such as the FD&C Act and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, we draw on this expertise to provide MoCRA support and FDA consulting services.

What We Do

Resource of K.Beauty has partnered with more than 50 domestic and international cosmetic manufacturers and brands—including AmorePacific, Dong-A Pharm, and Korea Kolmar—to handle MoCRA-related tasks, accumulating significant experience in facility and product registrations.

We also offer consulting services for companies facing FDA Import Alerts 66-40 and 66-41. Currently serving as the U.S. Agent for many Korean manufacturers, including Korea Kolmar, we recently helped lift Import Alert 66-40 for the first time in Korea through an FDA consulting agreement.
